I love everything about the exterior of this house from the paint colors, to the roof to the shutters and the amazing porches!



They had me the second I saw the striped chairs, love, love, love.



The breakfast nook is happy and fun. It's a great place for pancakes and eggs before heading to the beach.



The master bedroom is beachy and sophisticated...



This guest bedroom will leave your guest feeling like they are staying in a bed and breakfast...





The children's bedroom is fun and cute, but not childish...



Love the sconces and the cabinets...



Feel like eating outside? The side yard dining area is the perfect place to enjoy the ocean breeze...



The carriage house kitchen is cool enough for me. I actually prefer the look of it to the main house kitchen...
