My Montecito House

I've put together a nice collection of homes in different cities that I would gladly move in to if someone twisted my arm... or I won the lottery ;)

Here is my recent choice in Montecito, California, courtesy of Sotheby's Homes. I love spanish style homes done right, this is not your typical California "Spanish" track home. I love the front gate to the courtyard, the beam ceiling in the living room, the rustic chic backyard and I love love love the kitchen.
