Fabulous Bathroom Makeover

Country Living featured this bathroom makeover in it's April issue and I've just been holding onto it so I could share it with you guys.

Cathy Corley was fed up with her bath and decided it was time to do something about it. She decided to lighten things up a bit and did so with new items and some salvaged items. This is a great example of how to update a bathroom without spending a fortune...

Bathtub- Salvaged from a junkyard and reglazed for $300

Tile- Classic subway tiles $5.95/per square foot and

octagonal floor tiles $4.95/per square foot, both from Home Depot

Medicine Cabinet- Shop Cabinet $40

Beadboard- $37.97 per 4'W x 8'L sheet from Home Depot

Window- $260 from Home Depot

Cabinet- $190 vintage cabinet painted white
