re:place NYC

Re:place interior design takes a a very different and holistic approach to helping clients obtain the space they want. Instead of imposing their style as designers, they help the client bring out the ideas the client already has in their head. The team at re:place interior design incorporates recycled, found, natural and environmentally friendly products, color theories and Eastern design principles (i.e. Vastu and Feng Shui) as much as possible.

I've selected some of my favorites from their portfolio. Their work is really beautiful in it's simplicity and sophistication.


Love that the look above is very beachy and East Hamptons'ish, but the photos below lean more towards city loft mid-century'ish...



Love these bookshelves that are easy enough for anyone to do and the very creative desk in the photo on the right.


Even the bedrooms that have pattern thrown in are not over done. Again, simple yet beautiful...




Ones nursery should not only be for the baby, but also for the parents. Don't go overboard on baby stuff, you don't want to be sick of the room in a year...
